Pick-up and Delivery Service
CoreFix offers a Pick-up and Delivery Service within 50 km of Morningside Shopping Centre for R150 (overnight service). Any clients outside this area should get in touch for a quote. | ||
The device should be properly packaged in protective layers and placed inside a cardboard box. CoreFix will not be held responsible for damage incurred during transit.

Please be sure to supply the passcode to access the device once it arrives in store. This is important to test before and after repair. | ||
A quality control test will be done upon arrival at the CoreFix premises. Should other problems and damage be noted, these will be communicated to you prior to repairs taking place. | ||
An SMS and email communication will be sent as soon as the device has been booked in and again once it has been repaired. Please supply the correct details to ensure we can communicate with you. | ||
Please be thorough in explaining the problems you have experienced with your device so that they can all be attended to. | ||
Once an assessment has taken place, a quote will be communicated to you. Payment will have to be made in full via EFT or relevant smartapp before the device will be dispatched back to you. | ||
The turn-around time for repairs will depend on a variety of factors such as ordering specific parts for your repair, delivery times and other complications. Please ensure we have the required stock for your repair prior to booking a collection. This will ensure the quickest turn-around time. We will endeavor to keep you informed of any delays but expect your repair to take between 3-7 days. | ||
Should any problems be picked up on return of the device, please inform CoreFix as soon as possible to resolve. | ||
Our repair warranty strictly excludes any physical or liquid damage. Please be sure to read all of our repair terms and conditions contained in your job card. | ||
Should your device be deemed irreparable or if the repair quote is rejected, a standard additional charge of R179 will need to be settled prior to the return of the device. | ||
